Quite simply put, the perm from HELL...! Many years ago, two good friends decided to give me a perm....Staci did one side of my head and Denise did the other side....it wasn't until the very end of the process that I hear the famous uttered words "uh oh"....turns out Staci used SMALLER rods than Denise...here's a pic of the MO FRO....just add water, and watch it grow...:)
